Lifetime International Training College treats any concerns and complaints in a serious manner and provide resolution as quickly as possible.

There are several ways to resolve the issues. Most issues can be resolved through communication with your trainer or course coordinator.

  • Academic Issues

A student has the right to to raise a complaints or concerns relating to your studies. If you think your assessments, projects or exams aren’t mark properly, a student has the right to appeal with the result.

You just need to complete our Appeal and Complaints Form and submit to your course coordinator.

  • Non- Academic Issues

If anyone have complaints about the college relating to non-academic matters or general issues, you may use our General Complaints Form for us to respond with your concern.
